The Diálogos Institute has four governing bodies: the General Assembly, composed of its members; the Board of Directors, responsible for overall governance; the Fiscal Council; and the Executive Board, responsible for administrative management under the supervision of the Board of Directors.

Tereza Cristina Corrêa da Costa Dias
Chairman of the Board of DirectorsAgronomist, businesswoman, and Brazilian politician, affiliated with the Progressistas Party (PP). She is a Senator for the state of Mato Grosso do Sul and served as Brazil’s Minister of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply from 2019 to 2022, as well as a Federal Deputy from 2015 to 2023.

Executive Board
Fernando Silveira Camargo
President of the Executive BoardFederal Auditor at the TCU, with degrees in Business Administration and Law.
He served as Secretary of Budget, Finance and People Management at the TCU, Director-General of the STF, Chairman of Embrapa’s Board of Directors, Secretary of Innovation at MAPA, and representative of the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA) in Argentina.
Inácio Muzzi Fonseca
DirectorJournalist with 18 years of experience at various national media outlets in São Paulo and Brasília. He served as communications coordinator at the Ministries of Planning and of Development, Industry and Trade (MDIC), director at CDN Comunicação and communications coordinator at the Minas Gerais Public Prosecutor’s Office.
