Transparency is Instituto Diálogos’ operating policy. Access to relevant information is ensured in multiple ways. Institutional information and summaries of minutes from governance bodies are public. The bylaws are available, as are internal policies and other applicable regulations. Management reports, activity and event reports, as well as financial statements are regularly published. Contracts and partnerships are listed, as are processes for acquiring goods and contracting services.
Financial Sustainability
Instituto Diálogos’ financial sustainability is ensured by contributions from its member companies and by revenues generated from event promotion, through the sale of sponsorships or participation rights. Members, sponsors, and participants do not have the prerogative to define the Institute’s work agenda. This is subject to deliberation by the Board of Directors, through democratic votes. The bylaws completely prohibit the institutional exercise of lobbying and the entity’s participation in partisan political events.
